Filipino Enough​​​​​​​
A three-poster series that tells a story of growing up Filipino-American. A collection of common narratives told to first-generation children how they are “not enough” It connects to one’s identity of embracing their heritage, but also having a complex relationship of cultural authenticity. The series aims to create an understanding and validating multiple identities.​​​​​​​
Results
A collection of saying from older relatives were designed inspired by the unique signage and typography found on store fronts and forms of transportation like a jeepney in the Philippines. The three-poster series connects viewers by sharing a common experience.
